In short

This site only collects your email address, and only if you join the waitlist. It uses no cookies, no trackers and no analytics, and loads nothing from other sites.

What is collected, and why

• Email address, language, date and version of your consent, confirmation date: to send the confirmation email, then one email when the game opens. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• A fingerprint of your IP address: a code computed from the address with a secret key (HMAC). It pseudonymises the address without making it anonymous. It is used to limit abusive sign-ups and is erased after 24 hours. Legal basis: the legitimate interest in protecting the service.

The host also keeps technical connection logs, under its own rules.

How long

• Unconfirmed sign-up: erased after 7 days.
• Confirmed sign-up: until you unsubscribe, and at the latest 6 months after the game opens.

Who can see it

Nobody but the publisher. The data is never sold, rented or shared. It is hosted by Infomaniak in Switzerland, a country the European Commission recognises as offering an adequate level of protection.

Your rights

You can access, correct or erase your data, get a copy of it or withdraw your consent by writing to contact@hypehammer.com. After you confirm, the page you land on gives you a personal unsubscribe link, and every later email will include one. If you believe your rights are not respected, you can complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
